RAW MATERIAL PROCUREMENT

Our production begins with procuring Kapas (Seed Cotton) from vendors, considering factors like pricing, availability, and quality. Upon receipt, Kapas undergoes quality testing and grading. We then mix it to achieve the desired quality. Conveyors feed Kapas into ginning machines for further processing.

COTTON GINNING

Our ginning machine processes raw cotton (Kapas) received from conveyors, separating fibers from seeds and dust. This initial mechanical step enhances fiber quality. The extracted cotton lint is used in spinning to make yarn. In our unit, we ensure high-quality cotton production. The process involves vacuuming cotton into tubes for drying, then separating cotton from seeds using a double roller ginning machine.

CLEANING

The lint cotton received from the ginning machine is sent for further cleaning. This process involves cleaning of the impurities; therefore, it runs through cleaning equipment to remove leaf trash, sticks and other foreign matter.

PRESSING

Cotton fibres are pressed to Bales by using the Hydraulic pressing machine. This step involves pressing of Lint cotton. In this process Lint cotton is used as Raw materials. After pressing is completed, the bale is tightened and covered fully with cloth, after that the bale is weighed and kept in the hall safely.

PACKAGING, STORING AND DISPATCH

After the pressing process, cotton bales are covered by protective cloth and stored on the platform for dispatch. Cotton seeds are sold loosely to customers and sometimes packed in HDPE bags.
